I was impressed with the staff at CSNA from the very first visit. The overall experience was professional and pleasant. I was seen on time by Dr. Ales. He explained every aspect of my examination as it was happening and then devoted enough time to carefully explain his findings and recommendations. In my case, surgery by a hand specialist was needed. He made a referral recommendation and then arranged for my records to be transmitted in time for an examination by the hand surgeon, in an office across town, to occur on the very next day. I don’t know what more a patient could expect…… I highly recommend Dr. Ales and the CSNA staff.
