Pleasant First Experience

Today was my first visit with Dr. Brinley. The check-in process was initiated by Nicole who was very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Brinley made me feel comfortable while she listened to my health concerns. She typed as I talked while still being attentive to me. Her appointment scheduler was friendly as well. Great first visit.

Synovial cyst removal surgery

My synovial cyst was removed successfully by Dr Hammers. He's the greatest! He has a wonderful bedside manner! My recovery was speedy (a "cake-walk") and I was able to return to work comfortably and successfully. I will always be grateful that I am no longer having the dreadful sciatic nerve pain.

I first saw Dr. Julia Brinley; she was knowledgeable, professional, kind, caring, compassionate, and got to the heart of the matter immediately. She ordered an MRI and an RX. Following the MRI I had a follow-up with her assistant, Linnea Hughes. She was equally knowledgeable, compassionate, very kind, and personable. We discussed my MRI. I left feeling very relieved I was able to experience this frightening health issue with these two women. Both Dr. Brinley and Linnea Hughes are absolutely terrific. If I ever have another issue which would require me to see a neurologist, I would contact them immediately to set an appointment. I am very grateful we have these two women working here in Colorado Springs...but if I had to drive as far as Denver to see them, it would be worth my time, fuel, and the overall round-trip to see them over anyone else. Their expertise is, hands down, the BEST! Thank you for this opportunity to sing their praises.

I have an amazing experience with Dr. Wagner every time I visit. I am welcomed and heard. I can't imagine dealing with this messy MS without her support and CSNA's efficiency and competence. Well done!

Appointment with Dr. Kinberly Wagner

I usually arrive 15 minutes early before my appointments with Dr. Wagner - check-in is quick and efficient - a , "... would you like some coffee?" is asked (although, we are adults, and should be able to help ourselves to the cups without be monitored). My wait time for Dr. Wagner is always prompt with a warm welcome from Shannon. Dr. Wagner is a jewel. She listens, is attentive, shows true concern, and is compassionate regarding my well being. However, the finale stop is the Check-out process in setting my next appointment. If the receptionists are on the phone or helping another patient, there should be a sign stating: PLEASE HAVE A SEAT AND THE NEXT AVAILABLE SCHEDULAR WILL BE WITH YOU SHORTLY. THANK YOU. Or something to that effect...because, I always feel awkward just standing there not knowing who to go to, or, who is available.

Life Saver!

Dr Illig and his staff are absolutely wonderful. The initial diagnosis and surgery (2011) was definitely a life saver for me. I have no doubt my quality of life is also as good as I could ever have hoped for. Thank you all for taking care of me!

Excellent Service

On Friday May 26th, I came in because I was having an MS attack with my eyes. They were not tracking together and my eyeballs were moving all over my eyes - freaky. I have not had an attack in 14 years, and that was nothing like this. I saw Linnea Hughes who is my regular PA. At 3:30pm on a Friday before a holiday weekend, she managed to set up home health care to get me started on IV steroids the next day. I was so grateful and impressed at how quickly she got this going - especially since it was a holiday weekend! I have not had many attacks, but this was the quickest response I have ever had. Thank Linnea and everyone else who helped make this happen.
