Please understand that all co-payments and/or deductibles are expected to be paid at time of service.  We also expect payment at the time of service for services not covered by insurance.

When necessary, our billing staff will work closely with patients who require a payment plan.

High Deductible Health Plans (HDHP)

CSNA participates with some HDHP plans.  We will run a benefits eligibility report that provides updated information regarding any out of pocket amounts due including deductible, co-insurance and applicable co-payment amounts.  Please understand that we will expect deductible and co-payments be paid at time of service.
